Promotion Period

This Mystery Rebate promotion runs from March 14 to April 27, 2025, with a claim period ending on June 16, 2025 at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time).

Mystery Rebates

Participants can discover a rebate of $45, $100, $450, or a grand prize, which consists of winning the value of their purchase up to a maximum of $4,500, all applicable to the purchase of an eligible Mercier floor, purchased from a participating Mercier retailer between March 14 and April 27, 2025.
 

To be eligible, consumers must have purchased an eligible Mercier wood floor of 220 sq. ft. or more from a Mercier participating dealer in Canada (except Quebec), paid in full, and taken possession of the floor.
 

Only one Mystery Rebate per customer, per transaction, per email address is allowed. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion except the FREE Generations Intact 2500 finish upgrade promotion running during the same period.

Eligible Products

Standard Mercier wood floors listed on the current Product List and displayed on Mercier website are eligible for this promotion, except for products from the PRO, and City Life collections.

Claiming the Mystery Rebate

To claim a Mystery Rebate, consumers must have scratched the virtual scratch card, available on the website during the promotion. The Mystery Scratch Card must be revealed within the promotion period (March 14 – April 27, 2025) to be considered valid for a claim. To be admissible to receiving a Mystery Rebate, the consumer should purchase a Mercier wood floor at a participating Mercier dealer in Canada (except Quebec). Once the purchase of an eligible product is made, the consumer must complete the claim form and provide the requested supporting documents no later than June 16, 2025, at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time). Only claims made using the designated form will be processed. To be considered valid, the claim form must be duly completed, and the participant must have accepted the promotion's rules. If some of these criteria are not met, the claim will be rejected. Any unclaimed Mystery Rebate after June 16, 2025, at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) will be considered invalid. A Mystery Rebate claim will only be accepted if the consumer has revealed a Mystery Scratch Card during the promotion period (March 14 – April 27, 2025). Consumers who have not done so are not eligible to receive a rebate.

Eligibility

This promotion is open to all individuals aged 18 and over residing in Canada. Employees, retailers, and/or representatives of Mercier Wood Flooring, or any person directly or indirectly involved in the promotion, as well as their household members, are excluded from participation. The promotion is intended for consumers only and excludes any contractors, architects, or designers.

Issuance of Rebates

Upon approval of the claim, the rebates will be issued and sent in the form of a check, made payable to the name and postal address provided on the claim form, within 8 to 12 weeks following the end of the promotion. Mercier Wood Flooring is not responsible for postal delays, loss of checks or refusal from bank to accept and deposit the check. Checks must be cashed within 180 days of issuance, after which they will become invalid.

General Terms

By participating in this promotion, consumers who have received a Mystery Rebate authorize the organizers and their representatives to use, if required, their name, photograph, image, and/or voice to inform, through any media, that they have received a Mystery Rebate, without any form of compensation.
 

The distribution of the Mystery Rebates is as follows:
$45: 90%;
$100: 9%;
$450: 1%;
Value of purchase up to a maximum of $4,500 rebate: 1 (nominal).
 

The decisions of the organizers of this promotion are final and binding. Any participation in this promotion confirms acceptance of the rules. Any violation or attempt to commit fraud may result in the invalidation of the Mystery Rebate.
 

The Mystery Rebate does not apply to a purchase amount before tax that is less than the rebate amount. The Mystery Rebate does not apply to moldings, accessories, or maintenance products.


Rebates cannot be applied to returned, refunded, or credited merchandise. Entries obtained through fraudulent or falsified means, counterfeits, incomplete, or late due to technical, computer, or any other error or reason, may, at Mercier Wood Flooring sole discretion, be canceled.
 

The contest organizers reserve the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend this promotion at their sole discretion, if a technical failure, virus, or computer bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or any other event or cause beyond their control corrupts the administration, security, fairness, or normal conduct of the promotion or adversely affects it. Mercier Wood Flooring reserves the right to verify with the retailer where the floor was purchased to check the eligibility of the participation, the square footage purchased, and the payment of the floor before issuing the rebate check.
 

Participating consumers release the promotion organizers, their advertising and promotion agencies, their employees, agents, and representatives from any liability for any damage they may suffer because of participating in this promotion.
